1. How long does it take for a typical repair?
Typical hardware repairs can be completed the within 48 hours of receiving your device, as long as no ordered parts are required. Software repairs can generally be completed remotely, and take as little as an hour.
2. Do you offer any type of warranty on your repairs?
While more parts and repairs will last for much time to come, we offer a 60-day warranty on repair labor. All parts warranties are subject to manufacturer or distributor terms and conditions.
3. Will I lose any information on my device?
ByteWizard goes to great lengths to ensure no data loss, however data loss is still possible. Malware and viruses can act unpredictably, and hardware failure can occur at any time. If you have sensitive date you are concerned about, please request information about our data backup services.
4. Do I need to make an appointment?
Appointments are preferred, but not required. As many of our repairs can be completed remotely, we can often begin work within a few moments notice.
5. Can you fix water damage?
